I had been asked this question by my college director while I was bunking the class.

My query is from Structures of Sedimentary Rocks topic in portion The Study of Rocks of Engineering Geology

Right option is (c) Graded bedding

For explanation I would say: In some stratified rocks the component sediments in each layer appear to be characteristically sorted and arranged according to their grain size, the coarsest being placed at the bottom and the finest at the top.
