Which of these is not an application of HSLA steels?

I got this question by my school teacher while I was bunking the class.

The origin of the question is Alloy Steels in chapter Diffusion in Solids & Ferrous Materials of Engineering Material & Metallurgy

The correct answer is (d) Leaf and coil springs

To explain I would say: HSLA steels are known as high-strength-low-alloy steels. These high strength steels are primarily used as structural materials or construction alloys. They are used to reduce weight on bridges, automobiles, pressure vessels, building columns, etc.
