Which of the following is a property of porcelain?

This question was posed to me in homework.

My doubt stems from Ceramic Formation & Clay Ceramics in division Composite & Ceramic Materials of Engineering Material & Metallurgy

The correct answer is (c) Vitreous

The explanation: Porcelain is a glazed or unglazed type of whiteware ceramic. They are vitreous in nature (hard and nonabsorbent). They are usually used for their mechanical, electrical, chemical, and thermal properties. Unlike china, it requires only a single firing operation due to which it is cheaper.
