Which thermoplastic resin is used for mounting a specimen in metallography?

(a) Lucite

(b) Polycarbonate

I had been asked this question in an online interview.

My doubt is from Metallography topic in chapter Tools of the Metallurgist of Engineering Material & Metallurgy
