Internal stresses in martensite steel are relieved by heating at __________

I have been asked this question by my college professor while I was bunking the class.

My question is taken from Tempering in chapter Heat Treatment of Engineering Material & Metallurgy

Right option is (a) 200^oC

Easiest explanation: Tempering usually involves heating the martensite steel below the eutectoid transformation temperature (250-650^oC). When this martensite steel is heated at temperatures as low as 200^oC, internal stresses are relieved.
