Right answer is (b) ≥ ± 10% of indicated measuring value

For explanation I would say: Electronic precision level has an LCD digital display with maximum measuring error of less than or equal to ±5% of indicated measuring value. Electronic precision level are used to obtain high accuracy. Measuring range is large.
