How many types of optical flats are present?

This question was addressed to me in my homework.

I need to ask this question from Optical Flats topic in division Measurement by Light-Wave Interference of Engineering Metrology

Correct answer is (a) 2

For explanation I would say: Optical flats are cylindrical in shape and generally have 2 types i.e Type A and Type B. Type A has only one surface flat. Working surface of Type-A is indicated by an arrow. Type B has both surface flat and parallel to each other.
