Right option is (b) Reading up to 1’ is possible

For explanation I would say: Worm and quadrant arrangement is provided in some instruments so that reading up to 1′ is possible. There is no bubble present in some clinometers but a graduated circle is present and it is supported on accurate ball bearings.
