How many holes are provided in precision polygons for clamping purpose?

This question was posed to me in class test.

My question is based upon Precision Polygons in section Angular Measurement and Circular Division of Engineering Metrology

Correct answer is (d) 4

The explanation is: About four holes are provided in the polygons for the clamping purposes. These holes are plain in the type-1 polygon and threaded in type-2 and type-3 precision polygon respectively.
