What is the least count of clinometer which is used to check reading of column rotation used for setting of helix angles in universal micrometer?

Correct answer is (a) 1’

Easy explanation: The permissible error which is allowed in the entire range of column rotation is ± 5′. A clinometer is used to check this which is of 1′ least count. The clinometer is put over column top. Given Inclination is further checked with clinometer.
