I have been asked this question during an interview.

My doubt is from Pair Productions topic in division Quantum Physics of Engineering Physics I

Correct choice is (d) Pair annihilation

The explanation: In the figure, an electron and a positron annihilate each other and release the equivalent amount of energy. This process is called Pair annihilation. It is just the opposite of pair production.
