I had been asked this question in unit test.

This interesting question is from Applications of X-Rays in section X-Rays and Compton Effect of Engineering Physics II

Correct choice is (d) X-rays

The best I can explain: Since X-ray have much shorter wavelength comparing to the visible light, they are considered a promising option to provide better resolution in photo-chemical processes such as semiconductor etching etc.
