The question was asked by my college director while I was bunking the class.

My question is from Comparator topic in section MSP430 Microcontroller of Microcontroller

Correct option is (d) CAEX

To explain I would say: CAEX is used for exchanging the two inputs of the comparator and invert its output to compensate.
