This question was addressed to me in examination.

My enquiry is from 80286 Minimum System Configuration,  Interfacing Memory and I/O Devices With 80286 in portion 80286-80287-A Microprocessor with Memory Management and Protection of Microprocessor

The correct answer is (c) 00F8H to 00FFH

For explanation: The I/O port addresses 00F8H to 00FFH are reserved by Intel, hence these should not be used while designing practical systems around 80286.
