My question is from Interfacing With 8051 Ports -1 in chapter Microcontroller 8051 of Microprocessor

Correct answer is (d) 500 micro amperes

For explanation: Port 3 pins which are externally pulled low when being used as input pins will source current of 500 micro amperes.
