I had been asked this question in an interview for internship.

My question is from Interfacing With 8051 Ports -2 topic in portion Microcontroller 8051 of Microprocessor

The correct option is (c) internal EPROM or flash RAM

To elaborate: If EA(active low) signal =1, then the execution starts from an internal EPROM or flash RAM address 000H, can continue upto FFFH address and then for higher addresses it will go into external memory.
