Name the below given circuit.

(a) Full controlled, bridge converter

(b) Full controlled, semi converter

(c) Bridge type semi-converter

(d) Half controlled, full converter

I had been asked this question during an interview for a job.

My enquiry is from Three Phase Converters-3 in portion Converters of Power Electronics

Correct choice is (c) Bridge type semi-converter

To elaborate: It uses 3 SCRs and 3 diodes, hence it is a semi-converter. Option (b) and (d) make no sense, because there can be no full controlled semi-converter.
