My doubt is from Ohm’s Law topic in chapter Circuit Elements and Kirchhoff’s Laws of Network Theory

The correct choice is (a) 220V, 60W

Easiest explanation: Resistance is directly proportional to square of voltage and inversely proportional to the power.
