I have been asked this question in an interview for job.

My question is taken from Joins topic in chapter Laying the Foundation of SQL Server

Right answer is (d) Cartesian join

For explanation I would say: Cartesian Join is simply the joining of one or more table which returns the product of all the rows in these tables.
