I had been asked this question by my school principal while I was bunking the class.

This interesting question is from Building Blocks of UML in section Design and Implementation of Software Engineering

The correct choice is (d) Annotational things

For explanation I would say: It include a note which is simply a symbol for rendering constraints and comments attached to an element or a collection of elements.
