I have been asked this question in an internship interview.

My question is from Input Devices topic in section Input-Output Devices of Computer Fundamentals

Correct option is (a) OMR

To explain I would say: OMR stands for optical mark reader. These are very useful for grading tests with objective type questions or for any input data that is of choice or selection nature.
