The question was asked by my school teacher while I was bunking the class.

My question comes from Principles of PRNG in chapter Pseudorandom Number Generation and Stream Ciphers and More Block Ciphers of Cryptograph & Network Security

Right answer is (b) seed

For explanation: PRNGs use an input known as “seed”. The seed is usually generated using a TRNG.
