My doubt stems from Microcontroller (ARM 7- Pipelining) in division Prototyping Embedded Devices of IOT

Right option is (c) BWAIT

The explanation: BWAIT pin can be used to extend memory access in whole cycle increments. BWAIT is driven by the selected slave during the low phase of BCLK.
