The correct choice is (a) Galileo Gen 2

The best I can explain: The Rasberry Pi, as well as most Arduino, does not have an on board real time clock. The Galileo boards have a real time clock, requiring only a 3V coin cell battery. The boards can therefore keep accurate time without being connected to either a power source or internet.
