Can the MQ2 Gas Sensor differentiate between two different gases with the same PPM?

I have been asked this question in an interview.

I'm obligated to ask this question of MQ2 Gas Sensor Module topic in chapter Interfacing of Sensors, Actuators, and Other Modules of Arduino

Correct option is (b) No

The best I can explain: The MQ2 Gas Sensor is not designed to tell which gases are present in the air surrounding the module. It can only tell what is the concentration or PPM value of a gas. The nature or name of the gas has to be known beforehand while using this sensor.
