Who presented the first statistical model for multipath fading channel?

This question was addressed to me by my school teacher while I was bunking the class.

Correct choice is (a) Ossana

For explanation I would say: The first statistical model was presented by Ossana. It was based on interference of wave incident and reflected from the flat sides of randomly located buildings. Ossana model predicts flat fading power spectra that were in agreement with measurements in suburban areas.
