Which of the following holds true for GMSK?

I got this question by my school principal while I was bunking the class.

My query is from Constant Envelope Modulation topic in division Modulation Techniques for Mobile Radio of Wireless/Mobile

Right choice is (c) Good spectral efficiency

To elaborate: GMSK sacrifices the irreducible error rate caused by partial response signalling in exchange for extremely good spectral efficiency and constant envelope properties. And the premodulation Gaussian filtering introduces ISI in the transmitted signal.
