What is the PBCH scrambled with?

I had been asked this question in homework.

My doubt is from 4G Network Architecture topic in section 4G of Wireless/Mobile

Correct option is (b) Physical cell ID

To elaborate: The PBCH is scrambled prior to modulation with a cell-specific sequence that depends on the cells’ identity. In contrast to the synchronization signals, the PBCH is transmitted on the 72 reserved subcarriers, which are QPSK-modulated.
