Right choice is (d) 1.6 × 10^-8 F

Best explanation: q = ne = 10^12 × 1.6 × 10^-19 = 1.6 × 10^-7 C.

V = 10 V.

C = \(\frac {q}{V}\) = 1.6 × \(\frac {1.6}{10^{-7}}\)  

C = 1.6 × 10^-8 F.
