My question is based upon Nuclear Force topic in division Nucleus of Physics – Class 12

Correct answer is (a) True

For explanation I would say: Yes, this is a true statement. The nuclear force exists in small regions, i.e. the diameter of 10^-15 m = 1 fm. The nuclear force between two nucleons decreases rapidly as the separation between them increases and becomes negligible at separation more than 10 fm.
