My question comes from States of Matter topic in division States of Matter of Chemistry – Class 11

The correct answer is (a) dispersion force

For explanation I would say: Electrically symmetrical atoms and non-polar molecules having zero dipole movement due to their electron distribution may sometimes develop a momentary dipole also known as London force or the Dispersion forces.
