In which of the following places, the cuboidal epithelium is not found?

(a) Ducts of glands

(b) Tubular parts of the nephron

(c) Germinal epithelium of gonads

(d) Vasa deferens

This question was posed to me by my school teacher while I was bunking the class.

This interesting question is from Animal Tissues-1 in division Structural Organisations in Animals of Biology – Class 11

The correct answer is (d) Vasa deferens

For explanation I would say: The cuboidal epithelium is commonly found in the ducts of glands, tubular part of nephrons like DCT, collecting tubule and collecting duct. It is also found in the germinal epithelium of gonads.
