Right answer is (a) Bundle sheath cells

For explanation I would say: Vascular bundles are surrounded by bundle sheath cells. Sometimes these cells contain chloroplasts and helps in carrying photosynthesis. These are tightly packed sheaths around the veins of the leaf.
