What are the subunits of prokaryotic ribosomes?

The correct option is (a) 50S, 30S

The explanation is: Prokaryotes have a 70S ribosome and eukaryotes have an 80S ribosome. The 70S prokaryotic ribosome contains one large 50S subunit and one small 30S subunit. It is site of protein synthesis.
