The correct option is (a) Invert sugar

Explanation: Sucrose is also called as invert sugar. Sucrose is dextrorotatory and on hydrolysis gives more amount of fructose than that of glucose. Fructose being laevorotatory turns the entire mixture to laevorotatory.
