The correct answer is (b) Nucleolus

Easy explanation: The nuclear matrix or the nucleoplasm contains the nucleolus and chromatin. The nucleolus is the site for active ribosomal RNA or rRNA synthesis. The nucleolus is not bound by a membrane.
