Correct choice is (b) toxic concentration

To elaborate: Toxic concentration is the concentration that reduces the dry wt. of tissues by 10 percent. Critical concentration is the concentration below which the growth of plant starts to retard. Beneficial concentration is the concentration which is favorable for higher growth of plant. Optimum concentration is the concentration which should be maintained for stable growth of plant.
