I'd like to ask this question from Digestion of Food-1 in chapter Digestion and Absorption of Biology – Class 11

The correct answer is (b) Mucosa

The best I can explain: Mucosal epithelium has goblet cells which secrete mucus that helps in lubrication. All four layers show modifications in different parts of the alimentary canal.
