Correct answer is (b) False

Best explanation: The human body has 12 pairs of ribs. The 8^th, 9^th and 10^th pairs of ribs are known as false ribs as they join with the seventh rib with the help of hyaline cartilage. The 11^th and the 12^th pairs are the floating ribs.
