Right answer is (b) Phosphorus

For explanation I would say: In CAD (Coronary Artery Disease), the lumens of the coronary arteries, which supply blood to the heart muscles, becomes narrow. This happens due to the deposition of cholesterol, fibrous tissue and calcium.
