What is meant by AV block?

(b) Impulse not reaching the AV node

The correct option is (b) Impulse not reaching the AV node

To elaborate: When the impulse is not reaching the AV node then this is known as AV block. When the impulse is not reaching the Purkinje fibers then it is called a Purkinje block.
