Right option is (c) Human and Culex mosquito

Easiest explanation: Wuchereria bancofti causes Elephantiasis. It shows a digenetic life cycle which means that the parasite completes its life cycle in two or more hosts. Its primary host is Human and Secondary host is Vector Female Culex mosquito.
