Right option is (d) IgG and IgA

The best explanation: IgG and IgA antibodies are responsible for conferring Natural Passive Immunity to the foetus. IgG crosses the placenta during pregnancy and IgA antibodies are present in the yellowish fluid colostrum secreted by mother during the initial days of lactation.
