The best explanation: Fishes and other aquatic food animals are an important source of food. Protein and lipid content is very high in fishes. Fish and other kinds of seafood are rich in iodine and other minerals. They are also a good source of vitamins A and D. It is also used in smoothening surfaces for polishing as well as covering certain articles.
