Right answer is (a) True

To elaborate: An apothem is a line from the center of the regular polygon at right angles to any of its sides.  This line is also the radius of the incircle. Hence, an apothem is the radius of the incircle of a regular polygon.  In the given figure, the line AB is the apothem of the polygon as well as the radius of the incircle.
