What are the normal hole depth tolerance values in ES drilling?

(a) ± 0.03 mm

(b) ± 0.05 mm

(c) ± 0.07 mm

(d) ± 0.09 mm

This question was addressed to me during an internship interview.

My enquiry is from Electrostream (Capillary) Drilling in chapter Electrochemical Processes of Advanced Machining

The correct option is (b) ± 0.05 mm

For explanation I would say: The normal hole depth tolerances obtained in ES drilling, range between ± 0.05 mm.
