State true or false. Mean-surface panel method is used in case of final design calculations to get accurate results.

Correct choice is (b) False

To explain I would say: Mean-surface panel method places the panels in the interior side of the body. This results in less accurate results and is only used for approximation. Thus, this method is used for preliminary design instead of final design calculations.
