Correct option is (b) Terrain-following radar

For explanation I would say: Terrain-following radar (TFR) help aircrafts fly at low altitudes. These are fitted into aircrafts which fly relatively close to the ground at a constant flight level. Such flights are sometimes referred to as terrain hugging flights.
