I have been asked this question by my school teacher while I was bunking the class.

This is a very interesting question from Radio Shop in division Radio Shop of Aircraft Maintenance

Right choice is (c) 1000 to 100m

To explain: The wavelength range for medium frequency is 1000 to 100m. MF is mostly used in trans-oceanic ATC control and maritime ship to shore communication.
