This question was posed to me during an online interview.

This intriguing question comes from Drag Force in division Aircraft Force Systems and the Equations of Motion of Aircraft Performance

Right option is (b) lift dependent drag, lift independent drag and volume dependent wave drag

To explain I would say: Total drag is the sum of lift dependent drag, lift independent drag and volume dependent wave drag. Also, in high subsonic mach number a value dependent wave drag is induced.
